Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to remove tension and restore motion.
Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions.
Perfect Motion’s one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which Alison will use a selection of Myofascial Release techniques tailored to your needs.

Prior to the appointment a full medical history will be taken.
Once in the treatment room any necessary postural assessment and range of movement tests will be done to arrange a bespoke treatment plan (60 mins).
